For the eight year in a row, Horse Affairs will be celebrating their continued success at the Western Idaho Fair Grounds in Boise, Idaho. February 16, 17, & 18, 2007, will see this proven international horse event mark the beginning of Spring and the Horse Season.To reach the equine market in Idaho and surrounding states, make your plans now to join the Horse Affairs and Trade Show. FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENING PROGRAM:
"NIGHT OF THE HORSE" SPONSOR
As in the past our fantastic equine musical show of professional performers and local talents will feature a new and exciting line-up.
The Night of the Horse premier sponsorship includes a complete marketing package which will promote your company as the evening event sponsor throughout all of our and advertising and promotions. Your company name and/or logo will appear on or in all of our print, radio and television ads as well as on all printed material such as tickets, programs, signs, billboards, etc.
This sponsor will also receive a 10 X 20 booth in a premier location, signage at the event, name announcements throughout the show, such as "The Night of the Horse" brought to you by "Your Company".
Your company will also enjoy a prominent position on our Website with a link to your Company's website. The evening event sponsor will enjoy the limelight of the intensive marketing and promotion that will go into this event as well as any additional media coverage of the evening program.
In addition this high profile position will create a horse industry buzz that will give your Company brand and name recognition throughout the horse world.
You will also receive in addition to the 10 X 20 booth space, several banners prominently displayed throughout the show, a full page color ad in the program, logo recognition in the program and on our TV ads, tickets to all events, sponsor parking passes, sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Horse Affairs website, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
ARENA SPONSOR
As always the arenas at Horse Affairs are the central focus for people attending the event. The arenas are exciting and always feature presentations throughout the show. This sponsorship will give your company maximum exposure through the exposition halls and during the event.
Your company name will precede any mention of the event arena ("the 'your company' arena") both during Horse Affairs as well as in any mention of the arena in print ads, in the show program and on our website. Your Company name will be on all signs that identify the arena or point visitors in the direction of the arena.
All references to the arena will feature your Company name including all arena event announcements during the show. You will also receive a 10 X 20 both space, several prominently displayed banners, a full page ad in the program, logo flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Horse Affairs website, recognition on the clinic and seminar schedule before and during the event, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
BUYERS BAG SPONSOR
The Buyers Bag Sponsor will have their name and logo printed on the buyers bags available at the entrance to the Horse Affairs as well as in selected locations throughout the event. This sponsorship will enjoy the added visibility of a bag carried by each person attending Horse Affairs. Each person will receive a bag with the sponsors name and logo printed on the bag along with other event information.
This sponsor will receive a premium 10 X 20 booth space, banners prominently displayed throughout the show, a full page ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, tickets to all events, sponsor parking passes, sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Horse Affairs website, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
CLINICIAN SPONSOR
One of our horse industry experts can be yours to sponsor should you wish to be a Clinician Sponsor! These sponsors will enjoy booth space and their Company name in all printed advertisements and written materials which refer to the clinician they are sponsoring including the program and on the Horse Affair website.
Each speaker sponsorship will be based on the fees of each individual speaker. Speakers with booths of their own may be located next to their sponsor's booth as space allows. Sponsors names will be announced whenever there is an announcement referring to that speaker. These sponsors will receive a premium booth, banners prominently displayed throughout the show, a black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, tickets to all events, sponsor parking passes, sponsor badges, recognition on flyers and direct mail pieces, logo and description on the Horse Affairs website, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
SHOW TICKET SPONSOR
Your Company will be recognized as the official ticket sponsor! Each person attending Horse Affairs will receive an entry pass with your Company name and information on it. This sponsor will receive a premium 10 X 10 booth, banner prominently displayed throughout the show, a ¼ page black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, tickets to all events, sponsor parking passes, sponsor badges, and be one of the official ticket outlets. In addition logo and description will be put on the Horse Affairs website and recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
EVENT SPONSOR
Your Company will be recognized as a sponsor of Horse Affairs in all print advertising, posters, direct mail, and the event program. These sponsors will receive a premium 10 X 10 booth, banners prominently displayed at the show, a 1/4 page black and white ad in the program, logo recognition in the program, tickets to all events, sponsor parking passes, sponsor badges, logo and description on the Horse Affairs website, recognition in press releases going out to hundreds of equine publications and websites and an ad on the Horse Affairs website.
NON-PROFIT GROUP SPONSOR
Numerous non-profit groups approach Horse Affairs to get a chance to participate in our endeavor. Your company will be recognized as a group sponsor and will receive a banner, program and web site mention and an 1/4 page ad in the program. You will also be able to put your information at the sponsored booth. This sponsorships is available for $450.
